We ship dry goods Australia wide, and ship livestock to all states other than WA, TAS and NT.

Livestock

We send all live stock Express Post in a insulated polystyrene box and breathable bags. We generally ship Mondays or Tuesdays. We will touch base with you to confirm delivery and provide a tracking number.  

It hasn't happened to us yet but we do offer a DOA replacement guarantee. If any of your shrimp are dead on arrival please send a video within an hour of the package being officially received. We will happily replace.
